         BOOK TWO
         8.5 x 11, 96 pages,4 color printing throughout.
         1,000 softcover copies approx. $10.00 per book
         2,000 softcover copies approx. $7.10 per book

         1,000 hardcover copies approx. $12.25 per book
         2,000 hardcover copies approx. $8.60 per book

*Note that if you select a heavier paper, color throughout instead of just black ink, hardcover, or any additional services, the cost will increase.
